London

Having spent the last few years travelling to London only in drab winter weather and for work, I forgot what a wonderful city London is. This year, while attending a photo exhibition, I got to see London in beautiful summer weather. It is great to be able to visit a city which I had once lived in and see it anew, familiar and yet new all at once.

Living in Asia too, I forgot how culturally rich Europe is. Sitting in a play at the West End (The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, by the way, highly recommended) or just walking in the museums felt like an indulgences that I had been missing out on but did not even realise.
